The total net land area of NIP is 275,000 square meters for industrial and commercial activities.

Today, NIP Property has completed a total floor area of 108,000 square meters of office, assembly and production facilities with another 32,000 square meters under completion.

By mid-2011, NIP is planned to be fully developed with a floor area totaling 165,000 square meters of facilities.
