Recruitment Process After collecting the submitted CVs, NIP will go through the preliminary screening process and call in the selected candidates for an interview.
The interview will include a general introduction, English communication and occasionally tests. Usually, each candidate needs to go through at least two interviews before being informed of the final decision.
