Nordic  Industrial Park Co., Ltd. (NIP) was officially founded in Sep. 9, 2002, and has continued to provide providing facilities and comprehensive services ever since. The company has a service team with abundant practical experience consisting of both foreign and Chinese members, all devoted to provide various high-quality, professional and effective services to the tenants. The team has 12 members so far, including 8 staff with at least a Bachelor’s Degree, 6 staff with professional technical titles, and Mr. Ove Nodland from Norway, who is the founder of the park, the winner of Ningbo Camellia Award, the Honorary Citizen of Ningbo, and the official torchbearer for the 2008 Olympics.

Based on the two competitive factors----Brand Building and CRM (Customer Relation Management)---- as intangible assets and core competence, NIP expects to sustainably develop the company as a professional provider of industrial estate for rent and related services. In cooperation with a variety of service providers, the company has built a comprehensive service support system for the entire park, including services such as property service, , ICT services, engineering projects, financial agent consultation, legal consultation, HR consultation, conference & catering services and other one-stop supporting services.

After being developed over ten years, the company has made a unique style and brand in the industry, has enjoyed a good reputation at home and abroad and has become award-winning in various professional assessments. Furthermore, NIP pays a lot of attention to the importance of attracting and developing talents.
