In the future, NIP aims at becoming a comprehensive business- and industrial park with distinct Nordic characteristics and providing a full range of services, by combining  industrial park, e-commerce park, commercial plaza, and commercial residential buildings within its borders.

1、Nordic Industrial Park-NIP shall continue to develop based on its traditional Nordic culture, continue to improve its services to the customers and attract more excellent foreign-funded enterprises.

2、Nordic E-commerce Park-NEP aims at being a top e-commerce industrial cluster in Ningbo, taking advantage of its integrated offices, storage facility and infrastructure, its top-ranking facilities and high-quality services.

3、Ningbo Nordic Plaza-NIP PLAZA, aims at enriching the commercial industries, and become the most characteristic business center in the Zhenhai District, taking advantage of the subway station located within the NIP PLAZA to be constructed.

4、Ningbo Nordic Town-NIP TOWN, aims at building a Nordic-style commercial residential area covering about 100,000 sqm, so as to fulfill the residential demands of the staff working inside and surrounding the park and improve the overall quality of operating within the environments.

The park shall develop in its characteristic way by combining facilities with integrated services, based on Nordic customs and culture, keeps making all the people more comfortable no matter they are working or living inside the park, and give all the staff and visitors a feeling of being in a Nordic environment .
