Security Service 

Ensuring 24 hours complete coverage of security service in Nordic Industrial Park. At present, there are 45 professional security persons employed, all with well regulated, high-quality and strict training. Based on more than 10 years experience of security service, NIP has developed a range of solutions of security service, to ensure a safe and civilized working environment for the tenants. The service includes sentry service, patrol service, security evaluation service, important activities support and so on. We operate on the principle to maintain NIP stability and ensure safe operation.

Catering Service

The two staff canteens of Nordic Industrial Park, with a total area of about 2,000 square meters, are located in A1, A3 and A4 buildings. The A1 canteen which covers and area of about 1,200 square meters, serves Chinese food, with possibilities for separate rooms and with a recreational area, and it can hold 450 people at a time. The A3 and A4 canteens covers about 800 square meters with Western food area, Chinese food area, private rooms and open area, and it can hold about 300 people at a time. All the staffs can a variety of delicious dishes in nice and clean environments.

Landscaping

Beautiful scenery, in a practical setting with lots of green areas set in harmony with buildings and facilities in the park. The landscaping covers more than 70,000 square meters, accommodating about 24% of total park area. The unique open green area in the center of the park, the architecture based on Scandinavia style and the focus on greenery in general provides very attractive working environments in Nordic Industrial Park. A professional garden company is reasonable for the maintenance of the greenery and park. In order to establish an even more attractive park, the company invested nearly ten million RMB to improve the landscaping in 2014.
