Nordic Services ICT performs proactive IT maintenance service to optimize and prevent system problems in our client’s equipment, helping avoid equipment failures and untimely repairs.


ICT currently has a professional campus (in accordance with IDC Samsung standard construction) nearly 100 square meters, with a professional dual-channel electricity and dual APC UPS host to provide uninterrupted power supply (up to 10 hours), also has two Emerson precision Dedicated air conditioning is responsible for the environment inside the room. Network, the engine room has two 1GB high-quality network bandwidth exports, responsible for the entire network of enterprise network export redundancy, 2 sets of Juniper ISG 1000 enterprise-class firewall is responsible for park security, 2 sets of enterprise-class high-end Cisco 6509 + 4507 series Of the equipment responsible for the park within the three-tier network redundancy. Service and storage, the room has a professional SAN, including the IBM H series blade array, a number of HP ProLiant servers, IBM 4700 series of storage, responsible for park management companies and contract customers data security. In order to understand the operation of the core equipment and the terminal equipment in the backbone network in real time, and to facilitate the rapid response and troubleshooting, ICT introduced the park data center Cowin implementation monitoring system, in the open source system to build and develop "Cacti + NagIOS" monitoring platform.
